Our Production
An exceptional benefit of Moidodir products is a way of our furniture is being put together. We use the so-called “Classic technology” of assembly that is used mostly by the largest worldwide companies of the industry. “Classic technology” rises the cost of production but at the same time it delivers so many benefits for manufacturing of bathroom furniture. Using beech dowels in combination with water-resistant glue guarantees that the geometry of a product will stay perfect through the whole exploitation period and eliminates any possible way of moisture getting to the joints of the product.
In production, we only use the best materials from the leaders of European market: chipboard - Austria, MDF board - Poland, edge bandings – Germany.
To provide the best moisture-resistance possible exterior parts are painted in Cefla Finishing line (Italy) with UV hardening paint. We use three layers of paint for chipboard sidewalls and five layers for both chipboard and MDF board facades.
To prevent our customers from slamming doors and thus expanding exploitation period of our furniture, we use soft-close door hinges and soft-close drawer systems.
We equip our products with ceramic basins from well-known European and Turkish manufacturers. They don’t become yellow over time, don’t absorb odors and don’t crack under extreme temperatures.
All of the materials that we use are certified, meet all the existing European standards as well as sanitary and hygiene norms.
